Our Board of Directors
Brian Boulanger
ARC Financial Corp.
Mr. Boulanger is currently President of ARC Financial Corp. He joined ARC in 1997 and has become a trusted advisor to several portfolio companies. His education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and he is a CFA Charterholder. Brian was recognized as one of the Globe and Mail's "Top 40 Under 40" in Canada in 2009.
Jamie Major
Mr. Major was appointed to the Rifle Shot Board of Directors in January in 2015. He is currently Vice President, Connor, Clark & Lunn Private Capital where he is a portfolio manager. He previously held the position of Vice President, ARC Financial Corp. where he was focused on origination, execution and exit of ARC's portfolio investments.
Mr. Major's education includes a B.Comm in Finance from the University of British Columbia, the Canadian Securities Course, and he is a CFA Charterholder.
Doug Bonner
Mr. Bonner is a professional engineer with over 35 years of experience in engineering and management with several oil and gas companies of various sizes. He was last with ARC Resources from 1996 until 2010 where he was initially the Manager of Engineering and his last position was as the Senior Vice-President of Corporate Development. He is a member of APEGA and SPE. He graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering.
Mark McMurray
Mr. McMurray was appointed to the Rifle Shot Board of Directors in April 2015. He previously held the position of Managing Director, RBC Rundle, a division of RBC Capital Markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Geology (honors) from Western University and a Master of Earth Science from the University of Waterloo, and is also a member of APEGA. Mr. McMurray also serves on the Board of Sproule as an Independent Director, and is on the Advisory Committee's of Let's Talk Science, the Dean's Advisory Committee of Science at Western University, and is a fundraising volunteer for the United Way.
